Product Overview
The MR Patient Handling Power Supply (PHPS) module consists of two AC to DC power supplies (Magnet power supply & Table power supply) and a control board to provide non switched/switched DC as well as switched AC power to various entities in the magnet room such as the Scan Room Interface (SRI-3), Physiological Acquisition Controller (PAC), Bore light, Patient Alignment Lights (PAL), Dock motor for vertical table movement and longitudinal motor for lateral table movement. It also supplies switched AC power to the Patient Comfort Module. The CAN Core Communication(CCC) board monitors the health of the power supplies ,status of the servo amplifier and communicates this information to the host via the CAN bus.The PHPS module will reside on the penetration panel in Excite 3 based MR systems. This power supply can be used in medical system such as Signa HD (1.5T, 3.0T), Signa HDx (1.5T, 3.0T) and Signa HDxt (1.5T, 3.0T).
